Over five million Filipino families are in need of permanent shelter according to the National Housing Authority, while many are making do with weak and unstable homes.
This Thursday (Dec 30), Julius Babao will answer why there is a scarcity in houses and why the Philippine housing program is flawed in “Krusada” on ABS-CBN.
