An 11-year-old “mayor for a day” of Forney, Texas had an ordinance that created buzz in America – renaming a street after Justin Bieber!
Caroline Gonzalez won the right to be mayor of Forney for 24 hours in a Facebook competition aiming to promote interest in politics among the youth. Gonzalez was said to be active in community service projects, recycling and student council.
Her quite popular act during her 1 day term is renaming a portion of Main Street to “Justin Bieber Way” on Tuesday, August 16.
“Because I really like Justin Bieber. I like his music and I like him. And I thought, why not have a street in my home town named after my favorite singer?” Gonzalez reportedly said.
According to reports, the sign was made for about $20 and was displayed only on Tuesday.
Ava Sambora, the 13-year old daughter of Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora, is debuting in Judd Apatow’s next film which is a spin-off to the hit comedy “Knocked Up.”
Sambora will be joining Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann, both reprising their roles from “Knocked Up” in the new film called “This is Forty.” Mann’s is Apatow’s real life wife, and their daughter, Maude will play Mann and Rudd’s child in the film.
Sambora will take the role of Maude’s best friend. It’s just a little role but it’s certainly a good start for the young model who has “acting” in her blood.

The Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez break-up rumor has been circulating on the internet since this morning. According to a report, Selena got pissed-off when she discovered that Justin has been texting his Filipino-American ex-girlfriend Jasmine Villegas.
Apparently, the rumor was ignited by some guy on YouTube who wants to get some attention. And he did! He is now being touted as the guy who started a “worldwide rumor.”
To prove that the break up rumor is not true, Justin Bieber made a surprise visit to girlfriend Selena Gomez‘ concert in Florida last Saturday.
Gomez, who looked surprised, embraced her boyfriend for a romantic hug.
However, the Bieber was forced to leave the concert because fans went berserk when they realized that he was in the venue. This was despite posting on Twitter earlier in the day that he was in Canada just to throw his fans off track.
But he was spotted still and the young superstar had to escape using a back door, in order to avoid a deadly trampling of screaming tween girls.

No less than Britney Spears‘ niece, Maddie Briann Aldridge, covers her song “Up and Down” and the YouTube video is getting viral. The cute little girl tried out her own version of Britney’s “Up N Down” in her best Britney voice – and it was all caught on camera.
